Records that are generated in paper, paper records are scanned and maintained until the final project report. Paper records are verified for completeness and accuracy and kept in agency until final decision by agency board and subsequent communication have been made. At that time, the paper records will be destroyed by state approved methods. Non-Paper records (digital) generated are saved/stored in the same format and manner as scanned paper records. Electronic records are kept permanently in agency's section of the state's FileNet.
