Hardware Description
Energy Datametrics production systems are hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services). Third-party providers are responsible for physical, environmental, and operational security controls, and Energy Datametrics is responsible for network, application, and logical security controls of the infrastructure.
Software Description
The WAPez platform is a SAAS-based product published and maintained by Energy Datametrics, LLC. The system provides an automated eligibility platform with workflow/document management and real-time tracking. Additionally it provides for a way to calculate NEAT/MHEA audits, processes work orders, and document QC inspections.

Backup Procedures
Energy Datametrics uses data MSP360 data replication tools to perform continuous, real-time backups of its databases and software platform.

THDA's Operations division employs a Certified Business Continuity Specialist who maintains and executes the agency's Business Continuity Plan, which has been established and in place since 2008.
