These records contain information of any hazardous waste or hazardous secondary material by site, non-notifier facilities, permit, transportation, or any activities that may been generated, treated, stored, disposed of and/or recycled or any secondary source material activities. Unregulated hazardous waste sites where unlawful hazardous waste treatment, storage, disposal or recycling was documented.CN-0772, CN-0773, CN-1344, CN-1261, CN-0905, CN-0906, CN-0909, CN-1497 as it pertains to this division and the Hazardous Waste General File Index.

The records are to be cut off when the facility is clean closed and no longer requires monitoring. The records will be maintained in agency for 3 years then scan electronically. Paper will be destroyed after verification of electronic documents is completed. Previously microfilmed records will be stored permanently. Electronic records will be stored permanently in agency.

Backup Procedures
Data is backed up nightly as well as a daily snapshot. Backups are onsite for 30 days and anything older is sent to Iron Mountain.
Disaster Recovery
FileNet data is stored until deleted by user or we delete the stored data per request. All backups are kept for 7 years. Data is replicated between the two datacenters in the event that a failover is needed
