Files are created both electronically and paper. Paper files are cut off at the end of each calendar year, then scanned and maintained electronically. Paper files are then destroyed after accuracy of scanned files are verified. All electronic files are destroyed after 10 years. TRICOR adheres to TDOC accreditation standards.
