Records are cut off at site closure after 5 years the paper records will be scanned and microfilmed, once verified for completeness and accuracy it will be destroyed. Microfilm will be kept at records center for remainder of retention and electronic format will be kept in agency for remainder of retention. After retention records will be destroyed by state approved methods.
