A Non-IV-D Child Support Order is a case in which a court has determined that income withholding for support is required and neither the unemployment compensation claimant/obligor nor the custodial party/obligee has applied for, or is receiving, child support services through their local Support Collection Unit. This includes out of state active and inactive child support orders and the claimant's respective benefit history, Control Forms, Non IV-D Reports and letters notifying claimants of the amount of deductions being withheld from their unemployment checks.
