HealthSpace backs up nightly in both locations and send downloadable SQL.bak files to the agency via secure VPN tunnel. Red Barn is backed up according to the state standards for a Tier 3 data center.
HealthSpace: A copy of the disaster recovery Plan is available from the agency. Red Barn: Disaster recovery is certified as a Tier 3 data center but the plan is not a public record and may only be viewed by permission of the department of state by petitioning the STS security section.
